Use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not need to be signed in.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving any reason.
Where you asked us to start your access straight away, you can still withdraw during those 14 days. In that case any refund is reduced in proportion to the part of the service you have already had — you pay for what you used, and we refund the rest.
This right applies to consumers. It does not apply to business customers buying in a professional capacity.
