What does AvenEU actually do?+
It's the workspace where your organisation's EU funding work lives. You write each proposal inside the exact structure of the official application form — the real sections, the real character limits — while EUri analyses what you write against the criteria it will be scored on and shows you what's missing. Alongside the writing, you discover open calls that fit your organisation, build your budget correctly for the funding type, and find partner organisations with a track record in your field. Nothing resets between rounds: your proposals, partners and past work stay, so every application starts from everything you've already built, not from a blank page.
With AvenEU I finish a proposal in a few hours. Why pay for six months?+
Isn't this just a text editor I'd use once?
You're not paying to write one proposal — you're paying for an ongoing relationship with EU funding. Over six or twelve months you submit more than once, pick up calls as they open, reshape ideas that didn't win into ones that do, find partners without deadline pressure, and keep every proposal, partner and evaluation in one place instead of scattered across drives and inboxes. The organisations that treat EU funding as a habit, not a one-off, are the ones that keep winning — and that habit is what the subscription is for.
How is this different from ChatGPT?+
I already pay for a chatbot that writes well. Why pay again?
A general AI doesn't know the form's structure, the character limits, the evaluation criteria, or this round's priorities — so it writes fluent text in the wrong field, at the wrong length. AvenEU is built for one job only: every field is the real field from the official form, with its real limit, and EUri is aligned to the actual evaluation grids the assessors score against — shaped by people who've written, submitted and won these proposals themselves. It's the difference between a clever writer and someone who has sat the exam.
What happens to my data?+
We handle other people's information. Is this safe to use?
Your account and content are hosted on EU infrastructure. When you run an analysis, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider under strict contractual terms and is never used to train any model. Each account sees only its own data, and you can export a full copy or delete everything at any time. We tell you exactly what leaves and what never does — no vague reassurances.
Does EUri write the proposal for me?+
No — and that's deliberate. EUri analyses what you write, shows you where a section is thin against the evaluation criteria, and suggests how to strengthen it. The words stay yours. That matters beyond quality: every EU application carries a declaration that the content is the applicant's own and that no outside party was paid to write it. A tool you use yourself keeps that true; a ghostwriter doesn't.
Do I need previous experience with EU programmes?+
No. The programmes are designed to bring in organisations that haven't applied before, and AvenEU is built for exactly that — it walks you through each step with the structure and the criteria in front of you, so you're never guessing what a section wants. If you are experienced, it works the other way round: it saves you the repetitive parts and gives you a second pair of eyes on what you've written.
How much funding can I apply for?+
Enough to change what your organisation can do. Depending on the programme and the type of project, grants range from around €30,000 for a small-scale cooperation to several million for a full partnership. For a small organisation that's often transformative — and it's usually the application, not the idea, that stands between you and it.
Is there a free version?+
Yes. The free plan includes one active project, access to every section of the form, a limited number of EUri analyses each month, and the first three partner organisations in Find Partners. It's enough to see exactly how the tool works before you decide to go further.
What it is
Is AvenEU an official European Commission tool?+
No. AvenEU is an independent tool with no affiliation to the European Commission or any National Agency. You always submit through the official platform.
Which programmes are covered today?+
Erasmus+ KA210 (Small-scale partnerships) and KA220 (Cooperation partnerships) across all fields — School Education, VET, Adult Education, Youth and Higher Education. Support for CERV and Creative Europe is coming next.
Pricing
What happens when my access period ends?+
Your plan renews automatically for another term of the same length at the end of each period. If you cancel before renewal, the next term doesn't begin and you return to free plan capabilities. Either way nothing you created is deleted: every project stays in your account and remains visible.
Can I pay in instalments?+
Yes. You can pay once or spread it over monthly payments. The commitment covers the full period either way and doesn't stop halfway.
How much does it cost?+
Plans start at €49.50/month, billed annually. There's also a six-month Cycle Pass. Both can be paid once or spread over monthly payments, and all prices exclude VAT. A free plan lets you try one project first.
Practical
Can several people work on the same proposal?+
Not yet. Today a project belongs to one account. A shared workspace where partner organisations work on the same proposal together is the next major feature we're building.
Is there a limit on EUri?+
There's a fair-use ceiling, set high enough that in practice you won't meet it: it covers multiple projects and full analysis of every section, many times over. It exists to protect against automated abuse. If you reach it, write to us.
Can I export my proposal?+
Yes, on a paid plan. You get a document that follows the structure of the official form — same section numbers, same order of questions. From there you transfer the text into the official submission form. The final check before submitting is always yours.
Partners and results
What if my proposal is rejected?+
It stays in the system. The evaluation comes back with a score per criterion and comments — material that shows you exactly where you fell short. You work on the existing text, improve it against those comments, and submit again in the next round. Resubmission is normal practice, not the exception.
Does it help me find partners?+
It shows you organisations that have already coordinated projects in your specific action and field — how many projects, and in which countries. It isn't a contact directory or a matchmaking service: it's a starting point, so you approach organisations with proven experience instead of searching blind.
