About AvenEU

What AvenEU is

AvenEU is an EU funding workspace for organisations applying for European grants — NGOs, schools, universities, VET providers and municipalities. It brings funding call discovery, AI-assisted proposal writing in each call's official form, budget calculation for each call's funding model and partner management into one place. It covers Erasmus+ partnerships (KA210, KA220, KA240), short-term mobility (KA122, KA152–KA155, KA182) and accreditation (KA120, KA150), and CERV European Remembrance, with Citizens' engagement, Networks of Towns and Town Twinning, Creative Europe European Cooperation Projects and Erasmus+ European Youth Together as drafts based on the latest published calls, and European Solidarity Corps Solidarity Projects and Volunteering Projects (basic support only) in draft mode on the latest published forms. It also covers Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Actions, Innovation Actions and Coordination and Support Actions, on the standard Part B with the page limit for topics using lump sum funding — full proposals, for single-stage calls or the second stage of two-stage calls.

Who builds it

AvenEU is the product of AvenEU SRL. Built by a Brussels-based team that has written and won proposals across European funding programmes and run funded projects.

Social commitment

AvenEU offers free access to selected universities, municipalities, public bodies and non-profit organisations that help other organisations apply for EU funding.

• CERV-CIV Citizens' Engagement and Participation — Citizens' engagement and participation is a CERV call with three topics: free, fair and inclusive electoral processes; citizens' active engagement and democratic participation in public policymaking, beyond elections; and countering disinformation and foreign information manipulation and interference.
• CERV-NT Networks of Towns — Networks of Towns invites municipalities, regions and associations working together in a long-term perspective to develop networks of towns, make their cooperation more sustainable and exchange good practice.
• CERV-REM European Remembrance — European Remembrance is a call of the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme (CERV) for projects on one of five remembrance topics.
• CERV-TT Town Twinning — Town Twinning promotes exchanges between citizens of different countries through town twinning, to give them practical experience of the wealth and diversity of the Union's common heritage.
• CREA-COOP European Cooperation Projects — European Cooperation Projects are transnational projects involving organisations in the cultural and creative sectors from different countries taking part in the Creative Europe programme.
• ERASMUS-YOUTH-TOG European Youth Together — European Youth Together is an Erasmus+ action for projects run by a consortium of at least 5 organisations from 5 countries in the youth field.
• ESC30 Solidarity Projects — A Solidarity Project is a non-profit solidarity activity initiated, developed and implemented by a group of at least 5 young people for 2 to 12 months, to bring positive change in their local community.
• ESC51 Volunteering Projects — Volunteering Projects let an organisation holding a Quality Label for lead organisations request a grant for volunteering activities — individual volunteering and volunteering teams — over up to 24 months.
• HORIZON-CSA Coordination and Support Actions — Coordination and Support Actions are Horizon Europe proposals written against a work programme topic, which may be submitted by one or more legal entities.
• HORIZON-RIA / IA Research and Innovation Actions and Innovation Actions — Research and Innovation Actions and Innovation Actions are Horizon Europe proposals written against a work programme topic, by a consortium of at least 3 independent legal entities from 3 different countries, at least 1 of them in a Member State.
• KA120 Erasmus Accreditation in VET, School Education and Adult Education — An Erasmus accreditation is not a project grant: an organisation in vocational education and training, school education or adult education applies with an Erasmus Plan and, if accredited, gains simplified access to Key Action 1 mobility funding.
• KA122 Short-term Projects for Mobility of Learners and Staff — Short-term projects let a school, a vocational education and training provider or an adult education organisation organise mobility activities for its learners and staff over 6 to 18 months.
• KA150 Erasmus Accreditation in the Field of Youth — The Erasmus accreditation in the field of youth is not a project grant: it gives an organisation simplified access to Key Action 1 funding for learning mobility in the youth field.
• KA152 Youth Exchanges — Youth Exchanges bring together groups of young people aged 13 to 30 from at least two countries for a programme of activities lasting 5 to 21 days.
• KA153 Mobility of Youth Workers — Mobility of youth workers supports the professional development of youth workers through activities lasting 2 to 60 days, run by at least two organisations from different countries.
• KA154 Youth Participation Activities — Youth participation activities fund projects involving young people aged 13 to 30 and the decision-makers relevant to the topics they address, either national with one organisation or transnational with at least two.
• KA155 DiscoverEU Inclusion Action — The DiscoverEU Inclusion Action lets one organisation organise DiscoverEU travels for young people with fewer opportunities aged 18 to 21, with one to five participants per travel and accompanying persons where needed.
• KA182 Mobility of Sport Staff — Mobility of sport staff lets a grassroots sport organisation send its coaches, other sport staff and volunteers abroad, for job shadowing and observation periods of 2 to 14 days or coaching and training assignments of 7 to 45 days.
• KA210 Small-scale Partnerships — Small-scale Partnerships are the entry point to Erasmus+ cooperation funding, designed for newcomers and for smaller organisations with limited administrative capacity.
• KA220 Cooperation Partnerships — Cooperation Partnerships are the main Erasmus+ action for organisations that want to work together across borders on a shared project over one to three years.
• KA240 European Partnerships for School Development — European Partnerships for School Development fund cross-border cooperation between school authorities and the schools they are responsible for, aimed at improving the quality of learning and teaching and at building capacity for cooperation across school education systems.

Your data and the AI behind EUri

Your account, profile, proposal content and structured budget data stay in the EU: the database is in Ireland and hosting is in Frankfurt. The AI layer (Anthropic's Claude) runs on US servers, as do the analytics and advertising tags listed on our Trust page (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn), which load only with your consent. We disclose this plainly, cover the AI layer with Standard Contractual Clauses, and never use your content to train models.
