About AvenEU

What AvenEU is

AvenEU is an EU funding workspace for organisations applying for European grants — NGOs, schools, universities, VET providers and municipalities. It brings funding call discovery, AI-assisted proposal writing, lump-sum budget calculation and partner management into one place, starting with Erasmus+ Small-scale and Cooperation Partnerships (KA210, KA220).

Who builds it

AvenEU is the product of AvenEU SRL. Built by a Brussels-based team that has written funded Erasmus+ proposals and coordinated successful projects.

What it supports today

Each page describes the official application form and how it is scored.

• KA210 Small-scale Partnerships — Small-scale Partnerships are the entry point to Erasmus+ cooperation funding, designed for newcomers and for smaller organisations with limited administrative capacity.
• KA220 Cooperation Partnerships — Cooperation Partnerships are the main Erasmus+ action for organisations that want to work together across borders on a shared project over one to three years.

Your data and the AI behind EUri

Your account, profile, proposal content and structured budget data stay in the EU: the database is in Ireland and hosting is in Frankfurt. The AI layer (Anthropic's Claude) runs on US servers — the one part that leaves the EU. We disclose it plainly, cover it with Standard Contractual Clauses, and never use your content to train models.
